Fresher Architect

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Fresher Architect with 0–5 years of experience. The candidate should have a good understanding of architectural design, space planning, technical drawings, materials, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
• Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
• Assist in architectural design, space planning, furniture layouts, and interior detailing.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare drawings based on site requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material schedules, and project-related documents using Excel.
• Coordinate with senior architects, designers, clients, vendors, and site teams.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the execution team to ensure accuracy.
• Support the design team in completing projects within the required timeline.

Eligibility

• Qualification: B.Arch / B.Sc. Interior Design.
• Experience: 0–5 years in Architecture / Interior Design.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp, and Enscape / D5 / Lumion.
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, interior materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers with strong technical and design skills may also apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
• PF + ESI.
