What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Hindi and Kannada languages.
- Handle customer queries related to banking products and services with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Meet performance targets set by the team leader or manager.
Job Requirements :
- Fluency in Hindi and Kannada languages (written & spoken).
- 0-1 year of experience in BPO/call center industry.
- Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office.
