• Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.

Job Requirements :

• Fluency in English language (written & spoken).
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to work on non-voice processes such as email support or chat assistance.
• Basic computer knowledge for navigating CRM systems and other relevant tools.
