Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT freshers who are passionate about technology and eager to begin their careers in the IT industry. Candidates will have the opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, develop technical skills, and work with experienced professionals on real-world projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in software development, testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Learn and work with programming languages and modern technologies.
• Support application development and database-related activities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
• Participate in technical training, code reviews, and project discussions.
• Identify and resolve basic technical issues.
• Follow development standards and project guidelines.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• B.E./B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE) or B.Sc./BCA/MCA/M.Sc. Computer Science or a related qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience may apply.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts and computer fundamentals.
• Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Technical Skills

Knowledge of any one or more of the following is an advantage:

• Programming: Java, Python, C, C++, C#
• Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Backend Development: Java Spring Boot, Python Django, Node.js, .NET
• Database: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Testing: Manual Testing, Selenium, API Testing
• Tools: Git, GitHub, VS Code
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, Docker (basic knowledge)
