Fresher - Customer Support

About the role
Zouma Consulting Services is hiring freshers with excellent communication skills for a Customer Support Executive role on a UK process. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries over voice and chat with clarity, patience and a positive attitude. You’ll get hands-on training and a clear path to grow with an MNC organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and chats professionally and politely.
• Understand customer queries and resolve them accurately, or escalate to the right team.
• Record customer interactions and update the system correctly.
• Meet quality, accuracy and response-time targets.
• Follow company processes and give customers a consistently good experience.
• Work with your team and team leader to keep improving.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English. This is the most important requirement.
• Clear, confident voice and good listening skills.
• Comfortable working in the UK shift, starting from 12:30 PM.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and working with email.
• Ready to work from the Mohali office.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per month
