Fresher Full Stack Developer (Entry / Junior Level)

Role Description This full-time remote Fresher Full Stack Developer (Entry / Junior Level) role at Perú Te Quiero Limpio focuses on supporting the design, development, and maintenance of web applications across both front-end and back-end components. Day-to-day tasks include coding new features, fixing bugs, and participating in code reviews under the guidance of more experienced developers. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional team members to understand requirements, implement user interfaces, integrate APIs, and ensure responsive, accessible, and secure applications. The role also involves writing clean, well-documented code, testing and debugging, and learning new tools and frameworks to support continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across the stack with foundational skills in Full-Stack Development and Software Development.
• Competence in Front-End Development, including HTML, JavaScript, and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
• Basic experience or coursework in Back-End Web Development using at least one server-side language or framework (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar).
• Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn from feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and communicate clearly with team members.
• Relevant academic background or training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
