Buzz It is a comprehensive loyalty platform with customization capabilities to meet the diverse needs of businesses. Buzz It brings an end-to-end solution from developing the front end, building specific loyalty programs, to integrating systems and delivering Got It gifts and Scan It campaigns.

II. What you need to do

• Manage and support IT infrastructure: Laptop, Desktop, Printer, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VOIP.
• Provide end-user support and maintain office IT equipment.
• Install, configure and maintain OS and applications (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Administer Microsoft 365 (users, licenses, email, Teams, SharePoint).
• Monitor systems and networks; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Operate and support VoIP/telephone systems.
• Manage IT assets and inventory.
• Implement and maintain IT controls in compliance with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

III. What you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 1 year of experience in IT Admin/Helpdesk/System Support and open for Fresher with good knowledge & tech-savyy
• Experience with network devices (switch, router, AP, Firewall).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and basic AD/Azure AD administration.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001; PCI DSS is a plus.
• Good problem-solving skills, responsible and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and open mindset toward AI and new technologies.
