Client Relationship Executive (Research Publication)

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
• Assist clients throughout the research publication process and provide timely updates on ongoing projects.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving queries and providing effective solutions.
• Coordinate with editorial and internal teams to facilitate smooth publication workflows.
• Conduct quality checks on research articles, review papers, books, and other academic content.
• Inform clients about publication services and identify opportunities for repeat business.
• Negotiate service offerings while maintaining long-term professional relationships.

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Postgraduate/Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or related disciplines preferred.
• Candidates with knowledge or exposure to research publication, academic journals, dissertations, or scientific writing will have an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced professional environment.
