Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Fresher Mechanical Engineers to join our organization across multiple departments. Candidates should be eager to learn, adaptable, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/corporate environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist departments in day-to-day technical and operational activities.
• Support production, maintenance, quality, design, projects, or planning teams as required.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, reports, and records.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and execution.
• Participate in troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow company safety and quality standards.
• Learn company processes and contribute effectively to assigned tasks.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be beneficial.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple departments.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).
• Positive attitude and team player mindset.
