Job Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Prepare and maintain project-related technical documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments for project updates and requirements.
• Maintain project records, drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Prepare emails, reports, meeting minutes, and other project documents.
• Follow up on project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong documentation, report-writing, and email-drafting skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and technical documents.

Preferred Candidate

A proactive and detail-oriented fresher with good English communication and documentation skills, interested in project coordination and engineering-related work.
