📍 Position: Service Desk Analyst

🎯 Experience: Freshers with at least 1 year of Service Desk experience (up to 2 years of experience can apply)

📅 Employment Type: Full-Time

🕒 Shift Requirement: 24x7 rotational shift environment

Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide Level 1 Remote Desktop Support via phone, email, and chat

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues

✅ Deliver high-quality customer support while meeting SLA targets

✅ Achieve First Call Resolution and maintain customer satisfaction

✅ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when required

✅ Maintain accurate work logs and contribute to knowledge base updates

Skill Requirements

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Good understanding of Windows Operating Systems

✔ Familiarity with Remote Desktop Support tools

✔ Knowledge of ticketing systems and service desk operations

✔ Basic networking and troubleshooting skills

✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
