TERRITORY MANAGER – PHARMA SALES

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and key customers.
• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Generate prescriptions and develop business within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular doctor calls, hospital visits and product presentations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand territory coverage.
• Manage distributors/stockists and ensure product availability in the market.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and customer feedback.
• Maintain daily call reports, sales reports and territory records.
• Execute company marketing and promotional strategies effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers can apply with strong communication and willingness to build a career in pharma sales.
• Candidates with 1–6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience are preferred.
• Experience in Critical Care, Derma, Hospital, Specialty or Pharma Sales will be an advantage.
• Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Pharm or relevant graduate qualification.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Good knowledge of the Pune pharmaceutical market will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
