About the Role

We are looking for motivated and responsible 12th-pass freshers to join our Operations / Warehouse & Inventory team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, stock management, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock/material.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch products as per requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Perform regular stock counting and physical verification.
• Update inventory details in Excel/software/system.
• Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
• Coordinate with the Operations, Dispatch, and other internal teams.
• Identify and report stock mismatches, damages, or shortages.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the warehouse.
• Follow company SOPs and operational processes.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel is preferred.
• Good communication and basic numerical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle physical warehouse activities when required.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
