Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated US IT Recruiter Freshers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing IT professionals for US-based requirements and supporting the complete recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand US IT job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other platforms.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruitment teams.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Learn US staffing processes, technologies, and recruitment practices.
• Meet daily and monthly sourcing/recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT/technical roles.
• Good sourcing and candidate interaction skills.
• Willingness to work in the US shift.
• Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred

• Any graduate with good communication skills.
• Freshers with an interest in US IT Recruitment / Staffing are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with internship or recruitment training experience will be an added advantage.
