Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Intern who will primarily be responsible for managing and coordinating employee accommodation. The role involves regular coordination with house owners, employees, Finance, and vendors to ensure accommodations are well-maintained, hygienic, and operational.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with house owners/landlords for rent, maintenance, repairs, and other accommodation-related requirements.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely processing and payment of monthly rent, deposits, utility bills, and maintenance charges.
• Maintain updated records of rent, agreements, deposits, occupancy, and accommodation expenses.
• Conduct regular visits to accommodations to check cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and overall condition.
• Ensure essential amenities such as fridge, washing machine, RO, geyser, furniture, electrical fittings, and water supply are functional.
• Identify and follow up on maintenance and repair issues until closure.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for repairs, housekeeping, pest control, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Address and resolve employee accommodation-related concerns in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Support employee move-in, move-out, shifting, and accommodation allocation activities.
• Maintain an updated Accommodation MIS/Tracker and submit regular reports to HR.
• Track agreement renewals, pending payments, maintenance issues, and other important deadlines.
• Ensure all accommodations consistently meet the organization's cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and facility standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with regular field visits.
