Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Diploma freshers for one of our Tier 1 Manufacturing Company  as a Technical Trainees. The selected candidates will receive practical exposure to manufacturing, assembly, testing, installation, maintenance, and airport ground-support equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the production and engineering teams in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
• Support assembly, installation, testing, and inspection of equipment and components.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Assist technicians and engineers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.
• Perform basic measurements using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
• Support preventive maintenance and routine equipment checks.
• Maintain proper documentation of production, inspection, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and Maintenance teams.
• Ensure proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping standards at the workplace.
• Willingness to work in shifts or at customer/site locations when required.
• Learn and develop technical knowledge related to airport ground-support systems and equipment.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / HVAC fundamentals.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments and hand tools.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Safety-conscious and disciplined approach to work.

Preferred Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
