This trainee program is designed to provide hands-on experience in student counselling, lead handling, admissions processes, and overseas education guidance. Responsibilities Assist the counselling team in handling student inquiries Learn study abroad admission and application processes Support lead follow-ups and student communication Maintain student data and CRM records Participate in counselling and training sessions Help students understand available programs and countries

Requirements Any graduate or final-year student Freshers are welcome to apply Good communication and interpersonal skills Passion for international education and student counselling Basic computer and internet knowledge Willingness to learn and grow in the overseas education industry
