Who we're actually looking for:-

• Strong English communication(Written & Verbal) because you will be on calls with International clients. They'll judge your fluency in first 30 seconds.
• Confident on a video call or voice call with senior business owners.
• Curious about how a customers' business actually works(not just what feature they want)
• Comfortable looking at usage data and forming a hypothesis form it.
• Sales mindset for retention conversations and upsells(not pushy, but not shy either)
• Self-driven because most of your day is unsupervised proactive outreach.
• Understanding that "customer is using us less" is a fire alarm, not a passive observation.

The role in 7 lines : You'll work across the full customer support for international Shopify clients:

• The full SaaS customer lifecycle: activation, retention, expansion, advocacy.
• How to read usage data and act on it.
• Customer health scoring and account management.
• Upsell and retention frameworks used by global SaaS companies.
• Shopify ecosystem at depth(this knowledge is portable to any future SaaS or D2C role)
• How to manage a portfolio of 50-100 accounts without dropping balls.
• Direct exposure to founder level conversation from week 1.
