Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.
• Create and update product listings.
• Manage product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
• Process and monitor online orders.
• Track returns, cancellations, and replacements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Maintain daily sales and order reports.
• Monitor product availability and inventory.
• Handle basic customer queries related to online orders.
• Support marketplace operations and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Freshers can apply.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn e-commerce operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
