Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding pending medical claims.
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify claim status, payment details, denial reasons, and outstanding balances.
• Identify claim discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
• Maintain accurate call notes and update claim status in the system.
• Achieve daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Good English communication and listening skills.
• Experience in US Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing preferred.
• Knowledge of AR calling, claim follow-up, and denial management will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a night shift and a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per month
