Freshers Tech inside Sales-IT/BCA/MCA/Marketing/BTech

We are looking for a **Lead Generation Executive – Inside Sales** to support our sales team by generating leads, following up with clients, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, online research, and other channels.

* Make regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.

* Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team.

* Prepare and share quotations with clients and follow up for feedback and closure.

* Maintain good client relationships through regular communication.

* Schedule client meetings, calls, and product/solution discussions.

* Maintain accurate lead, quotation, and follow-up records in the CRM/system.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on opportunities.

* Track leads and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Lead generation and inside sales experience.

* Strong follow-up and client-handling skills.

* Basic understanding of quotations and sales processes.

* Good coordination and time-management skills.

* Comfortable using CRM, email, MS Office, and online tools.

Qualification & Experience

**Qualification:** Bachelor’s Degree

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
