Duties

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver top-quality food preparation, cooking, serving, and hospitality
• Oversee food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock of ingredients and supplies
• Train staff on food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, customer service skills, and proper food handling practices
• Ensure adherence to health regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality roles with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Experience in food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and food handling procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable; bartending or barista experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback
