Front Concierge Executive @ Bugis

Our client, a leading and well-established property management company, is looking for a customer-focused Concierge Executive to join their team. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing exceptional service, and working in a professional environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Working Hours / Location:

• Mondays to Fridays /  8am to 6pm
• Bugis MRT
• Trainings and Uniforms provided

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist tenants, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage front desk operations, including handling enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and emails
• Provide accurate and timely information to tenants and visitors
• Handle customer concerns and escalations in accordance with SOPs and service standards
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and manage lost & found matters
• Support administrative and operational activities, including marketing and tenant engagement initiatives when required
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and emergency procedures and adhere to company policies, procedures, and concierge service standards
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O level with 2 years of relevant experience in concierge or hospitality
• CPR & AED trained will be added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
