Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm, energetic attitude and assist with their garment care needs
• Ring up sales
• Handle cash transactions confidently, including processing payments and giving change
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following our cleaning check list
• Fill food and drink orders
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining services, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous retail and/or front counter experience is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic demeanor
• Previous POS experience
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Comfortable performing manual handling tasks and moderate lifting when necessary
• Ability to maintain a clean workspace using appropriate cleaning supplies and detergents
