Job Summary

Boia De is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Counter Associate to provide excellent service and support daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer orders and payments, maintain an organized front counter, and work closely with the kitchen and service team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Operate the POS system and process customer payments
• Answer questions about menu items and provide helpful information
• Communicate orders clearly with kitchen and service staff
• Check completed orders for accuracy before serving customers
• Package and organize takeout orders when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked front counter
• Restock menus, utensils, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
• Assist with basic food preparation and restaurant tasks as needed
• Handle cash and transactions accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties
• Support the team during busy service periods

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic POS and cash-handling experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
• Willingness to learn menu items and restaurant procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
