Front Counter Associate

Job Summary

Stardust is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Counter Associate to welcome guests, take orders, process payments, and help provide a smooth and positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Answer questions about menu items and services.
• Prepare and package customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
• Restock supplies, utensils, and service items.
• Communicate customer requests with kitchen staff.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic POS and cash-handling skills preferred.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
