Front Counter Associate

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a friendly, professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash handling and basic math skills
• Manage laundry and dry cleaning drop-offs and pick-ups, ensuring timely service completion
• Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including organizing supplies and tidying workspaces
• Operate cash registers and handle cashiering duties with precision and integrity
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address customer needs
• Support the overall cleanliness of the facility through light cleaning tasks as needed

Experience

• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Familiarity with dry cleaning, laundry services, or customer service roles is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in handling transactions and maintaining cleanliness
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately
• Experience with cashiering or cash handling procedures is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members
