Front Counter Associate

Job Summary

Trillium Kitchen + Cocktails is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Counter Associate to support guests and daily restaurant service. This position will help create a welcoming experience while keeping front-of-house operations organized and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with menu questions and ordering
• Process payments accurately using the restaurant POS system
• Prepare and package takeout and pickup orders
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area
• Communicate customer requests with kitchen and service staff
• Monitor order accuracy and help resolve routine guest concerns
• Support opening, closing, and other restaurant service tasks

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, guest-focused environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Basic cash-handling and POS experience is helpful
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

About The Company

Trillium Kitchen + Cocktails is a downtown Boise restaurant located at The Grove Hotel, offering locally sourced and regionally inspired American cuisine along with craft cocktails. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 per week
