Front Counter Associate

Job Summary
Brick Oven Pizzeria is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Counter Associate to handle customer orders, payments, phone calls, and pickup service. The position plays an important role in creating a smooth experience for guests while coordinating closely with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly counter service.
• Take dine-in, carryout, phone, and delivery orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the POS system and process payments.
• Answer customer questions about menu items and available options.
• Confirm orders before handing them to customers or delivery drivers.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Package pizzas and other menu items for pickup and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and dining area.
• Restock bags, boxes, cups, napkins, and other front-counter supplies.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and notify management when needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is helpful.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using a POS system and handling payments.
• Able to remain organized during busy periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Friendly attitude with strong attention to order accuracy.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Brick Oven Pizzeria is a Midtown Omaha pizzeria specializing in old-school pizza prepared in brick ovens. The restaurant offers dine-in, carryout, and delivery service and is located at 624 S 72nd Street.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 per week
