Front Counter Associate

Job Summary

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar is looking for a dependable Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team and help create a smooth dining experience. This position assists servers with table service, food running, table resets, guest needs, and maintaining clean, well-stocked service areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to guests
• Clear and reset tables promptly between guests
• Refill water and assist with basic guest requests
• Keep dining rooms, service stations, and side stations clean
• Restock plates, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies
• Help run food from the kitchen to the correct tables
• Communicate guest requests and order concerns to servers
• Support the team during busy brunch, lunch, and dinner periods
• Assist with opening, closing, and restaurant cleaning tasks
• Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere for guests

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful
• Friendly attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Able to work efficiently in a busy dining environment
• Good communication and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Able to lift and carry food trays and restaurant supplies safely
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required

About The Company

Tupelo Honey Southern Kitchen & Bar serves Southern and Appalachian-inspired food in downtown Boise. The Boise restaurant is located at 150 N 8th St and offers brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktails in a full-service dining environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
