Front Counter Associate

Job Summary

Bardenay Distilling Co. is seeking a friendly and dependable Front Counter Associate to support guests from the moment they arrive through order pickup and departure. This position plays an important role in maintaining smooth front-of-house service, accurate orders, and a welcoming restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the restaurant POS system.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, and available options.
• Prepare and organize takeout and pickup orders for accuracy.
• Process cash, credit card, and other transactions correctly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to keep orders moving efficiently.
• Keep the front counter, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
• Restock front-of-house supplies as needed.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned restaurant duties.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, cashier, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Basic cash-handling and POS skills are helpful.
• Ability to stand and remain active throughout the work shift.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
