Position Summary

The Front Counter Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for taking orders, handling payments, coordinating take-out and delivery orders, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take in-person, phone, and online orders accurately
• Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
• Coordinate take-out and delivery orders with kitchen staff
• Package food orders correctly and ensure accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of front counter, lobby, and beverage areas
• Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Assist in preparing orders

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience an asset (not required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
