Front Counter Sales Associate

Location: King of Prussia, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 Salary range + Bonus (based on experience)

City Floor Supply, a family-owned hardwood flooring distributor, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Front Counter Sales Associate to join our team. This is a fast-paced, contractor-facing position where strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Assist contractors and walk-in customers at the front counter with product selection, orders, and general inquiries.
• Answer high-volume phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enter orders accurately using our computer system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front counter area.
• Build strong relationships with flooring contractors and industry professionals.

• Phone and computer skills are a must.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Friendly, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Hardwood flooring or construction industry experience is a plus.
