Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.

• Attend to customer enquiries through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and the website.

• Manage customer appointments, bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling efficiently.

• Provide accurate information such as treatments, packages, memberships, and promotions to customers.

• Ensure guests enjoy a smooth and pleasant experience

• Coordinate with the management, housekeeping, customer service, maintenance, and other vendors & suppliers to ensure reservations are properly managed

• Handle customer feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organised, welcoming, and presentable reception at the lobby area

• Use available digital and AI tools effectively to improve efficiency, communication, and daily work processes.

• Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative assignments from your direct supervisors

About You

• Passionate about developing domestic tourism and the hospitality sector

• Minimum SPM; Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing, or Business Administration encouraged

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

• Able to exercise good judgment and make decisions independently without constantly relying on supervisors.

• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Multitasking, creative, hardworking, and a good team player

• Willing to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and collaborative environment

• Able to exercise good judgment and make decisions independently without constantly relying on supervisors.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa to communicate & deal with clients. Knowing Mandarin is a bonus
