Job Summary
Join our team as a Front Desk Associate on the 3rd Shift, 11pm-7am, part time. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth check-ins, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere throughout the night. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction, all while working during the quiet yet crucial overnight hours.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and answer inquiries efficiently.
• Check guests in and out using hotel management software, verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in records.
• Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and conducting routine safety checks around the property.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues during overnight hours.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, especially in a resort or hotel setting.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to assist diverse guests effectively.
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential.
• Experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is a significant advantage.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions smoothly.
