Job Scope

• Assist all scheduling related for music school such as music lessons, assist on executing events schedule for students & others.
• Assist opening and closing of school.
• Perform basic filing and clerical duties such as billing , payment collection , documentation & others.
• Assist managing student & parents satisfaction level.
• Sign new students up & help them on buying instruments .
• Collect fees , ensuring timely collection.
• Upkeep to ensure environment is presentable & functional.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements :

• Regular attendance

Working Hour Options

• Saturday 10am - 7pm
• Sunday 10am - 6pm

Pay: RM11.00 - RM15.00 per hour
