Position: Administrator
Location: Jl. Raya Sanggingan No.369, Kedewatan, Ubud, Bali
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days/week, 10:00–19:00

About the role:
This is not a desk job. The Administrator works on the studio floor in an active, client-facing environment — greeting and communicating with clients, coordinating stylists, handling payments, managing scheduling, and maintaining high service standards throughout the day.

We're looking for someone who:

• Communicates clearly and confidently with clients
• Has strong sales and service skills
• Is proactive and comfortable making independent decisions
• Speaks good English
• Stays organized and calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Understands that the administrator represents the brand
