D&D Sports Med is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Admin for our Sanger location. This role is critical to clinic success—owning the patient experience, driving efficient scheduling, and supporting a high-performing outpatient therapy team.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Admin is the face of the clinic and the hub of daily operations. You’ll ensure a seamless patient experience, smooth scheduling, and strong communication across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the ambassador of the D&D Sports Med brand and clinic culture
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and staff
• Manage daily scheduling and patient flow
• Educate patients on clinic programs beyond therapy services
• Ensure intake paperwork is completed prior to appointments
• Collect co-pays, co-insurance, and self-pay balances at time of visit

Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with computers and scheduling systems
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Flexible, collaborative team player
