Front Desk Administrator

Job Overview: Altitude Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient PT clinic striving to provide high quality patient care and PT autonomy. We are looking for an outgoing, responsible, flexible, dependable, hard-working front desk employee to perform daily administrative tasks consistent with a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinic. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required – we will train the right person. Previous customer service and administrative support is beneficial. Must be professional, positive and outgoing (a “people person”). You will be interacting with patients, other healthcare providers, and insurance companies everyday. The right candidate must be organized, efficient, a team-player and able to multi-task. The responsibilities of this position will grow with time.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Checking patients in/out
• Answering phones and scheduling
• Verifying benefits for the patients
• Submitting authorizations to insurance
• Collecting Payments
• Assisting our PTs with patient care, as needed
• Tidying the clinic

Job Highlights:

Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, No Weekends

Education Requirements: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: 1 year in customer service preferred and 1 year in computer skills preferred. Spanish speaking preferred.
