Front Desk Administrator

At Rechtin Jacobs Orthodontics, we’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join our front desk.

We are a modern orthodontic practice providing braces and clear aligner treatment for patients of all ages. As a growing, locally owned office, we value teamwork, positivity, and creating a welcoming experience for every patient.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Answer phones with a friendly, upbeat tone
• Schedule appointments and help manage the daily schedule
• Maintain patient records and assist with office organization
• Help with basic insurance and payment processing
• Support the team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented mindset
• Experience in the dental field is a plus, but not required
