Part-Time - Front Desk Administrator.

We’re searching for the next member of our team! Must be able to multitask efficiently, pleasant phone manner, computer literate (must know Microsoft programs like Excel, Outlook & Word). Previous Real Estate experience an asset. Must be a team player as you will be working with other members of our staff.

Responsibilities Include:

• Answering a 20 line switchboard
• Interacting with clients (Buyers & Sellers) via walk-ins, telephone and over email
• Booking & confirming showings on properties listed with our Brokerage
• Entering listings accurately on the MLS system
• Offer paperwork
• Handling of deposits being dropped off, issuing receipts

Job hours are Monday-Friday from 5:00pm-8:00pm & Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm.
