Days Inn by Wyndham in Wichita Falls is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Guest Service Representative to join our team for the second shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with check-in and check-out, handle reservations, answer phone calls, and help ensure a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and hotel reservations.
• Answer phone calls, assist with inquiries, and manage guest requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and guest service standards.
• Complete shift reports and communicate important information to the next shift.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Previous hotel or front desk experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

Work Schedule

• Second shift: 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
