Front Desk Agent – Ramada by Wyndham Broken Arrow

Ramada by Wyndham Broken Arrow is seeking a friendly, reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist guests with check-in and check-out, and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests. Pay based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check guests in and out of the hotel
• Handle reservations, guest requests, and phone inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Address guest concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Previous hotel front desk experience preferred
• Opera Cloud experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and professional demeanor

Schedule:
Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
