We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and takes initiative in maintaining our high standards of service and facility presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests while providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage member check-ins, phone calls, and general inquiries.
• Assist with membership sales, tours, and account-related questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs and report maintenance or cleanliness concerns.
• Complete daily opening, closing, and shift checklists.
• Follow company policies and support daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
