Lauderdale West, operated by Orange Ave Hospitality LLC, is seeking a dedicated Front Desk & Night Auditor (Dual Role) to join our strong team. Located at 5070 FL-7 in Tamarac, FL, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for both our guests and our team members. Responsibilities

In this dual role, you’ll be the face of our hotel, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. During the day, you’ll manage front desk operations, and at night, you’ll handle auditing duties to keep our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and assisting with check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Answering phone calls, addressing guest inquiries, managing reservations, and fulfilling special requests.
• Handling payments, verifying identification, and maintaining accurate records.
• Providing guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally with a positive attitude.
• Performing nightly audits, reconciling accounts, and preparing end-of-day reports.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys interacting with people. Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a hotel or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills; experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts, including overnight shifts.
• A positive attitude and a professional appearance.
