Requirements
- Minimum SMK (vocational high school) or equivalent; Diploma (D3) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Front Office or Customer Service roles within the hospitality or villa industry.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, spoken and written.
- Proficient in computer applications and hospitality systems, especially GuestPro PMS.
- Experienced in handling OTA reservations and multiple booking channels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a team.
- Willing to work on shifts (6 working days, 1 day off), including weekends and public holidays.
- Rate IDR 135,000 per working day
