Role Description
The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and offering general clerical assistance.
Requirements
- Looking for a team member who is presentable and guest-oriented
- Familiarity with the VHP system is prefered
- Relevant educational background in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
- Able to join immediately is preferred
- Bali Based - Kuta Selatan Area/Uluwatu
