Front Desk Agent

We're hiring a friendly, dependable Front Desk Agent in Miami, FL. As our Front Desk Agent, you'll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phones and emails, process payments, and keep the front desk running smoothly.

What you'll do as a Front Desk Agent

• Greet guests and handle check-ins/check-outs
• Answer calls, emails, and guest questions
• Process payments and manage reservations
• Keep the front desk organized and coordinate with other departments

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly attitude
• Comfortable multitasking and using computers
• Reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure
• Front Desk Agent experience is a plus, but paid training is provided

Schedule

Full-time rotating shifts (7 AM–3:30 PM, 3 PM–11:30 PM, or 11 PM–7:30 AM). Weekend and holiday availability required; schedules posted in advance.
