Front Desk Agent

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing duties in a manner that reflects our hotel’s vision, mission, and core values.

MUST have open availability (weekends included). It is important that you have Hospitality Experience; CHOICE: hotel experience a plus!

Compensation:

$14 - $15 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
• Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
• Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, dining, and travel directions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
