Front Desk Agent

Are you friendly, organized, and comfortable working with people? We're looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. About the Front Desk Agent Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, visitors, and customers. You'll provide friendly assistance, handle inquiries, support daily front desk activities, and help create a welcoming and professional environment.

Guest Service & Customer Experience

• Welcome guests and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and general requests.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information about services, amenities, and available options.
• Listen to guest concerns and help find appropriate solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout each interaction.

Front Desk & Daily Operations

• Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Update customer and guest information in company systems.
• Assist with scheduling, data entry, and basic administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with team members to respond to customer needs.
• Keep the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
